Tropicazoo is a company that includes 7 pet stores on the South Shore of Montreal. The pet stores specialize in the sale of products for pets (quality food, accessories, toys, etc.). They also offer pet sitting and grooming services.
Strategy
Since Tropicazoo wanted to develop a more accessible online store, we focused on a website optimization strategy that facilitates visitor navigation and improves the customer experience.
Design
The site is aimed directly at pet owners. Therefore, the visuals had to be not only attractive and inspiring, but also practical so that visitors could quickly find what they needed for their pets. The website also had to contain pictures of animals to make it more attractive.
Development
To present the seven Tropicazoo branches in a single website, the Prestashop e-commerce platform was the best choice. This multi-functional platform offers an optimal online store experience. It has a responsive design, which allows the website to be accessed on any mobile device without compromising the design. Moneris was chosen as the payment module, as it offers a highly secure and easy-to-use payment for customers.
